it'll work with any skin type. This is a gentle exfoliation (mechanical form) along with penetrating product into the skin of you flip the device, using the flat side of the metal tip.
I'd say get some good skin care....wash, exfoliator, toner, moisturizer.

I’d say it’s fine if you use toner & moisturizer right after. I tend to have dry areas on my face & they haven’t gotten any worse after my use of this tool.
