Q: How do I check the status of my order?
- A: TheGadgetBlock partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS or fast Epacket Shipping Methods to get your product to you safely and FAST. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks, or even 4-7 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking).
- We also offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! and we will deliver ASAP
- To keep track of your current order, simply go to the "TRACK MY ORDER" tab on the menu and enter your email and order number that was emailed to you the day you purchased your product from us... if you dont remember your order number or information, please feel free to contact us via the "CONTACT US" tab in the menu. Our worldclass 24/7 customer support will help you with any questions you have.
Q: How long does shipping take?
- A: Please allow up to 1 week or else or as short as 24hrs for your order to process, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 1-2 weeks or less than 5days, depending on the product.
- For International orders, please allow up to 2-5 weeks or as less as 1 week, depending on the product.
Q: Why does shipping take so long?
- A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible and best believe you will receive your product, because we make it our 1st priority that you receive your purchase as fast as possible...
Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
- A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
- A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
- A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
